We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2020, at the age of 61, Tracey Handley (Heber Springs, Arkansas), born in Metropolis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Smithson and Bessie Olene Smithson; her husband Rex Handley; and her siblings, Carla Smithson and Gary Smithson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cristy Fowler (Robby) of Heber Springs and Kim Ferguson (Steven) of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas; and her siblings, Michelle Francisco of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Mark Smithson (Paula) of Hot Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
