He was predeceased by: his parents, Hester Pittman and Gladys Pauline Hill (Bennett); and his brother Ernie Hill. He is survived by: his wife Freida Diane Hill; and his children, Tommy Hill Jr. (JoDee) of Batesville, Rodney Broyles of Smithville, Cindy Henderson (Terrance) of Quitman, Amy Melton (Jeff) of Bentonville and Stacey Couch (Kevin) of Charlotte. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
