She is survived by: her sons, Carlos Newman, John Newman and Gerald Newman of Wilburn, Arkansas; and her siblings, Herbert Miller of Concord, Arkansas and Mina Gene Sartain of Ida, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
