She was predeceased by: her parents, Sonny Rose and Madelyn Wilkerson Rose. She is survived by: her husband Cleve Phillips of Heber Springs; and her daughters, Deborah Felton (Donnie) of Yellville, AR and Connie Joy (Kenny) of Heber Springs, AR.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
