He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Mize and Martha Hendrickson. He is survived by: his wife Julie Mize; his daughter Emmalie Mize of Heber Springs; his stepmother Pat Mize of Maumelle; and his brothers, Todd Mize (Rosetta) of Conway and Mark Mize (Marissa) of Conway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
