We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2024, at the age of 60, Ruth Ann Tippitt of Heber Springs, Arkansas, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond and Dorthy Nietsche; her father Harry Rogers; and her brother-in-law Eddie Matzel. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Tippitt of Heber Springs, Arkansas; her children, Samantha, Paige Tippitt of Heber Springs and Trace (Amanda Tippitt) of Heber Springs; her mother Sandy Tieman of Lake City, Florida; her siblings, Cindy Matzel of Dahlonega, Georgia, Victoria (Jamie Jobes), Deedee (Scott Garrand), Charlie and Joe Markam of Jacksonville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Kaylynn, Lucy, Aceson, Indie, Loki, Astrid, Zen, Rikki and Osiris. She is also survived by forty-three nieces and nephews; and 48 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (1009 W Searcy St, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Good Springs Cemetery (330 Good Springs Rd, Heber Springs, AR 72543).
