He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Lockard and Ruby Mae Lancaster Lockard; and his daughter Robin Lockard Wood. He is survived by: his children, Ben Lockard (Pam) of Mountain View, Damon Lockard and Melanie Verser (Tracy); his grandchildren, Whitney Robinson (Jonathan), Tiffany Thomas (Blake), Lauren Hoffman (Matt), Lexi Powell (Jace), Marcus Wood and Cole Wood; and his great grandchildren, Skylin Thomas, Hayzin Thomas and Russell Hoffman. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
