He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Provost and Dorothy Seibold Provost; and his grandson Keagan Provost. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamden Provost; his children, Chanin Provost Slisz (Casey) of Conway, Arkansas and Michael Provost of Conway, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Christopher Standfield, Danielle Slisz and Jaxon Provost; his niece Christine Kozelle (Alex); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabe, Nate of Rome and Georgia.
