He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Elmer Burrall and Kathryn Marshall Burrall; his nephew Todd Alan Jenkins (Sharen Taylor Burrall); his stepmother Anne Bowes Burrall; and his stepbrother Bruce Bowes.

He is survived by: his wife Sharen; his siblings, Karen Papp of Columbus, Alan Burrall (Thomas Yore) of Chicago, Linda Deines of Oklahoma City and Carolyn Burrall of Heber Springs; his daughters, Tammie Burrall and Shelia Burrall of Lee's Summit; and his stepbrothers, Brian Bowes of Monroe and Scott Bowes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Renew Church of Heber Springs, Arkansas (1099 W Pine St, Heber Springs, AR 72543).
