He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. W. and Ella Mae Ethridge. He is survived by: his parents, Bettie Casey of Heber Springs and Randy Casey of Mount Vernon, Arkansas; his grandfather Randall; his uncle Jack Casey of Mount Vernon; his aunts, Rita Fleming (Robert) of Benton, Linda Fiore (John) of Kerville and Renee Hunter of Benton; his cousins, Melodye Van Cleave (Bobby) of Benton, Stephanie Whaley (Matthew) of Bryant, Brett McBee (Emma) of Benton and Joshua Hunter (Caitlin) of Alexander; and also Lea Casey of Mount Vernon.
