We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2019, at the age of 75, Oscar William Flannagan (Heber Springs, Arkansas), born in Hughes, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flannagan and Laura Flannagan. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Flannagan of Texas, Carol Hood (David) and Cheryl Toliaferro (Dennis) of Heber Springs; his granddaughter Hanna Flannagan of Texas; and his brothers, James and Dale Flannagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
