He is survived by: his wife Wanda Howard; his son Jason Howard (Tangie); his stepson David Blickenstaff (Krystal) of Logansport, Indiana; his grandchildren, Michael David Blickenstaff of Heber Springs, Allie Howard, Hannah Howard, Jordan Howard and Addison Howard; his great grandchild Oakley Grace Blickenstaff of Heber Springs; his siblings, Diann Howard of Searcy, Edwayna Howard of Little Rock, Lisa Holt (Steven) of Lonoke, David Geater (Shirley) of Cabot, Maxie Hill (Earline) of Fort Davis, Eugene Hill (Susie) of Benton, Alene Harp (Harold) of Conway and Janice Hill of Lonoke; and his stepmother Geneva Howard of Lonoke.
