It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Frances Duncan of Heber Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse L. Chasteen (Sam) and Nora A. Chasteen; her husbands, Vernon Babb and Billy Duncan; her daughter Judy Ann Babb; and her siblings, Roberta Windland, Lorene Summers, J. L. Chasteen, Carl Chasteen and Jim Chasteen (James).
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas L. Babb of Heber Springs, Henry D. Babb (Hank) of Bald Knob and Marcus V. Babb (Mark) of White Hall; and her grandchildren, Derek Babb of Missouri, Heather Blanton of Greenwood, John Babb of Florissant, Kaitlyn Babb, Caleb Babb and Kyle Babb of White Hall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
