Payne (Kim) of Heber Springs; her siblings, Eldon Russell of Heber Springs, Joyce Russell of Tumbling Shoals and Dorothy Houston of Heber Springs; her grandchildren, Clinton Baillie, Anthony Payne, Breanna Gillion, Zachary Baillie, Kayla Pope, Alexandria Bowers and Jonathen Bowers III; and her great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Anthony, Kali Miller and Aavah Logan.
