She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Smith and Josie Darden Smith; her husband J. W. Futrell; her son David Futrell; and her son-in-law Mike Dunn.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Dunn of Heber Springs; her brother Billy Smith (Donna) of Three Creeks, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Devanna Dunn, Sandy Porter (Tim) and Michelle Pardue; and her great grandchildren, Russell Dunn, Justin Davis and Carlee Cater. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
