She was predeceased by: her parents, J. E. Shipman, Sr and Juanita Flynn Shipman; her husband Wayne; her son Scott Fulks; her brother J. E. "Bud" Shipman, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Haylee Grace Phelps and Savanna Rose Phelps; and her grandson Austin Faglier.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Leigh Phelps of Heber Springs; her brother Jerry Shipman of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, Ronald Phelps (Shannon), Robert Phelps (Keli), Holly Pearson (William) and Lindsay Fulks. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
