He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Pete" and Mildred Collins; and his son-in-law Clark Leslie. He is survived by: his daughter Lesley; his wife Linda of Heber Springs; his son-in-law Jeff Ardemagni of Keller; his daughter April Leslie of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Presley, Turner, Alex Ardemagni and Hannah Leslie; his siblings, Donald Collins, Alfred Collins and Bessie Jean Carver; and his close friend Jim Beckham of Las Vegas, Nevada.. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, and nephews.
