He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jo Lewis. He is survived by: his father Walter Lewis; his brothers, Gary Lewis (Connie) of North Carolina and Walter R. Lewis Jr. (Cindy) of Quitman; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Lewis, Michael Lewis, Rachel McDaniel and Krystal Barnett. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
