She was predeceased by: her parent Esther Hartwick (Heigle); her sister Olena Punch White; her daughter Melba Jeanette Johnson; and her granddaughter Teresa Danniell Stice. She is survived by: her brother Neal Hartwick of Wolf Bayou; her children, Janice Smith of Searcy, Jim Johnson of Concord and Byron Johnson (Betty) of Batesville; her grandchildren, Stacie Moiser (Jesse), Janeice Henderson (Chris), Jason Johnson (Rebecca), Shawn Smith (Alisha), April Brock (Brad), Justin Johnson (Courtney), Crystal Lee, Jamie Johnson and Bethany Cooper; her nephew Rocky Hartwick (Jeanne) of Greers Ferry; and her nieces, Twylla Teer of Cabot and Stephany Counts of Mabelvale. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
