He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Wylie Capshaw and Alma Willene Eaves Capshaw. He is survived by: his wife Donna Maurene Peterson Capshaw; his children, Tracy Bice (Robert) of Deltona, Kim Demola (Jim) of Orlando, Florida, Bill Capshaw of Sanford, Florida and Nancy Jaworski Capshaw of Leesburg, Florida; his grandchildren, JD, Sarah, David, Austin, Ryan, Matthew, Lauren and Caitlin; and his great grandchild Matthew Jr.. He is also survived by many extended family members, and friends.
