He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stephens (Jones); his children, Henry H. Stephens Jr. (Deandra) of Heber Springs, James P. Stephens of Heber Springs and Lisa Humes of Searcy, Arkansas; and his siblings, Danny Stephens (Sue) of Forrest City, Gary Stephens of Forrest City, Arkansas and Marie Bottini (Nick) of Jasper, Arkansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
