She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Hutchison and Elsie Louella Freeman Hutchison; her husband Billy Junior Qualls; her children, David Qualls and Judy Rosealena Qualls; and her brother Randall Clay Hutchison.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Qualls (Brenda) of Heber Springs, Danny Qualls of Heber Springs, Steven Wells and Janna Hill (Greg); and her sisters, Ramona Jean Shirley of Cave City, Emma Lou Caples of Rogersville, Anna Belle Morris of Gassville and Linda Sue Simmons of Batesville, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
