He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Crow and Mabel Crow; and his sister Dorothy Casey. He is survived by: his son Richard Crow; his daughter-in-law Shanon Crow; his grandchildren, Kylee Crow and Tyler Crow; and his sisters, Brenda Carter and Sharon Gruber.
