He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Holk (Keel); his children, Douglas Bland (Elizabeth) of Chadds Ford, PA, Susanna Holk of Jonesboro and Cynthia Bland Fields of Heber Springs; his brothers, Richard Holk of Sargentville, ME and Arthur Holk of Magnolia Springs, AL; his grandchildren, Jonathan Burgin (Brooke), Bryan Neal (Rachel) of Conway, Jacob Neal (Allie) of Jonesboro, Davis Bland of Chadds Ford, PA, Stuart Bland of Chadds Ford, PA and Thomas Flippin Holk, Jr. of Brewer, ME; and his great grandchild Audrey Grace Burgin of Conway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a lifetime of friends.
