He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dice and Bertha Gladbach Dice; his wife Fran Smith; his sister Sister Mary Ann Dice; and his grandson Wesley Jared Glasco.
He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Bach (Herb) of Jetmore, Kansas; his children, Ken Dice (Vanessa Foster) of Ft. Worth Texas, Kathy Dice (Tom Wahl) of Wapello and Kelley Glasco (Dwayne); his grandchildren, James, Theresa Wahldice of Wapello, Garrett and Justin Glasco; his child Shalyn Bravens (Danny); and his grandchildren, Beckett and Theodore of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by his poker buddies, and a host of wonderful friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Albert Catholic Church.
