With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Rogers Grandgeorge of Heber Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leslie Rogers and Sarah Ellen Williams Rogers; and her grandson SGT Kevin Bell. She is survived by: her husband Louis Richard Grandgeorge; her sons, Ricky and Robert Frank Grandgeorge; her siblings, John Henry Rogers, Thomas Leslie Rogers, Robinette Ferguson and Tiny Rogers; her daughters, Wynn Dea Grandgeorge and Dona Grandgeorge Bell of Heber Springs; her sisters, Melba "Don" Woodard of Star City, Barbara Hamilton of St. Louis and Ann "J. L." Dunn of Benton; her grandsons, Curtis Ray Bell and Chase Grandgeorge Bell; and her great grandchild Tessa Lee Bell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Griffin Funeral Home (109 Brasfield St, Dumas, AR 71639). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
