It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Martin of Heber Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Martin and Eugenia L. Martin (Madelaine); his wife Shirley; his siblings, Vernon Martin and Helen Hanelt; and his grandson John M. Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Masching (Bob) of Quitman, AR, Kathy McNeil (Greg) of Peoria, IL, Jeni Wells (Greg) of Heber Springs, AR, Steven Martin of Peoria, IL, Mike Martin (Kelly) of Asheville, NC, David Martin of Heber Springs, AR and Richard Martin (Becki) of Drasco, AR. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials, in Gene's memory may be made to St. Mark School.
