It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwanda Bailey (Heber Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Birdsong and Mary Verser Birdsong; her son Shaun Bailey; and her brother Sanford Birdsong. She is survived by: her son Shelton Bailey (Jamie) of Heber Springs; her sister Johnie Stark; and her sister-in-law Billie Lou Birdsong of Heber Springs. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, her step grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Heber Springs or Arkansas Hospice.
