He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Lee Stark and Ida Mae Bailey Stark; his son Clifton Stark; and his siblings, Nedra Thomas, Leo, Bly and Keith Stark.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Smith Stark; his daughters, Pamela Nipper (Gary) and Stephanie Kendrick (Kenny); his daughter-in-law Peggy Stark; his brothers, Sanford Stark (Coleta) and Bruce Stark; and his grandsons, Nathan Nipper (Trevlyn), Daniel Nipper (Keturah), Luke Nipper (Christy), Seth Stark (Amanda), Bradley Stark (Holly), Peyton Kendrick and Kollin Kendrick. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
