He is survived by: his wife LaNell; his children, Thomas Neighbours (Katy) and Amy Pettit (Ronald) of Pangburn; his grandchildren, Drake Pettit, Cole Neighbours, Lena Neighbours, Lindsey Pettit and Melody Pettit; and his siblings, Shirley Everett (CW) of Enola, Sharon Moore (CL) of Heber Springs, David Neighbours (Pam) of Pangburn and Joe Neighbours (Sharon) of Pangburn.
