We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 81, David Rhea Davis Jr. of Heber Springs, Arkansas, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna H. Davis and David Rhea Davis, Sr.; his son Anthony Paul Davis; and his granddaughter Laurine Isabelle Abernathy. He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis; his children, David Rhea Davis and Ashley Davis Abernathy; his grandchildren, Brittany Davidson (Andrew Cole Davidson), Coleman South Abernathy and Davis Rowe Abernathy; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Klare Burk and Chanley Nicole Davidson; and his siblings, Maureen D Salabor, Larry E Davis (Wanda Davis) and Brenda D Dunn (John Dunn). He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
