He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Hightower Lackey and Leon Lackey (Buster); and his sisters, Patsy Lackey and Margie Goyne. He is survived by: his siblings, Leon Lackey and Pauline Chiodini (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
