It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Lacy (Heber Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Avery Stair and Gwen Evelyn Ramer Stair; and her grandson Stephan Eubanks. She is survived by: her son Edward Lynn Lacy; and her granddaughter Karen Gwen Lacy Hendricks. She is also survived by her husband of 69 years and many other friends and family members.
