He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby May Stair (Powell) and Stanley Stair; and his sister Betty Rose Patchell. He is survived by: his wife Claudine Stair (Stark); his children, Stephen Bruce Stair (David Rousey) and Leslie Ann Hopkins (JT Hopkins); his granddaughter Tasha Jo Jones (Joel Jones); his great grandchildren, Anslie Jaise Jones and Sadie Kole Jones; and his siblings, Joyce Ann McMillan, Lynda Fay Stair and Richard Stanley Stair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
