He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Spier (Mills) and Kimberly Mills (Philip); his grandchildren, Ogden Mills (Megan), England Mills (Chanel), Padilla Mills, Camiel Mills and Esther Mills; his great grandchildren, Rachel Mills and Madison Keele; his siblings, Vera Prentiss and Harvey Spier (Anice); his sister-in-law Daphene Spier; and his close friends, Elda, Foster McMillon, Onine Philamlee and Kathy Brown.
