He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George McCallie and Maggie McCallie; his wife Jerry McCallie; his children, Billie and Clint; his siblings, J. H. McCallie, Pete McCallie, Dale McCallie, Jimmie Don McCallie, Agnes Gardner, Sue Ella Prather and Katherine Hamilton; his children, Bill McCallie (Missy) and Jan Dear (Rusty); and also Katherine Hamilton. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
