He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Rouse; his sister Kathy Vandruska; and his grandson Tyler Matney. He is survived by: his mother Helen Meyers Rouse; his wife Robbie Rouse; his siblings, Judy Turner, Charles Rouse (Kerry), Paula Jean Chapman (Alvin) and Joyce Higgs; and his children, Robert Rouse, Madaria Miller, Maranda Smith (Aaron), Matthew Rouse and Stephen Tucker.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Family Funeral Service (100 W Searcy St, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
