She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Bates and Hattie May Payne Bates; and her husband D. D. Osburn. She is survived by: her children, Mike Osburn (Suzette) of Marianna, Arkansas and Patsy Brodehl (Richard) of Heber Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
