She is survived by: her daughter Macy Kurtz of Heber Springs; her daughter-in-law Katie Blaylock (Matt) of Texas; her grandson Cody Kurtz of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Skylem Kurtz, Loki Blaylock and Zephyer Blaylock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
