He is survived by: his parents, Sheila Tosh Uhiren (Jeffery Uhiren) of Slovak and Rick Wiggins; his sister Chase Wiggins of Hazen; his grandparents, Charles and Pam Tosh of Hazen; and his great-grandparent Shirley Raper of Hazen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
