He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Virgil and Lottie Mills (Adams) of Hazen, AR; his sisters, Deanna June of Hazen, Brenda Jane of Hazen and Shelia Ruth Mills of Hazen; his children, Jennie Cole and Joe Ryan Mills (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Carlee of Hazen and Laycee Mills of Hazen. He was also cherished by other family members, friends, and brothers and sisters.
