She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hamilton and Grace Hamilton; her husband Thurman Penn Sr.; her brother LJ Hamilton; her children, Ralph, Billy James Penn and Tommie Sue Penn Thomas; her granddaughter Angelia Delcina Penn; and her daughter-in-law Billye Faye McGee Penn.
She is survived by: her children, Thurman Penn Jr. (Sharon) of Hazen, Cleofus Penn (Judy) of Hazen, Clifton Penn and Jerri Penn; her daughter-in-law Vicki Penn; and her niece Betty Jean Hamilton. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
