She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Chudy; her son Rick Chudy; and her grandson Rodney Brasko. She is survived by: her children, Jim Chudy of Mountain View, Arkansas, Judy Brasko of Slovak and Carolyn Marvin (Tim) of Cabot. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to St. Rose Catholic Church in Carlisle of Sts. Cyril & Methodious Catholic Church in Slovak.
