It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Beatrice Herman Hartley (Hazen, Arkansas), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Hartley; her parents, Cora Herman and Jess Herman; and her sisters, Ruthy Faye Herman and Ruby Jewell Morgan.

She is survived by: her children, Corman Tipton (Jug), Jesse Dean Hartley, Donna Mulherin (Timmy) and Linda Toland (Terry) of Mississippi; and her brother Lester Herman (Barbara). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
