She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Guffy and Mabel Guffy; her husband Larry Grady; her brothers, Levell Guffey and Danny Guffey; and her nephew Doug Meiner.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Smith (Joel Grimes) of Jonesboro; her stepchildren, Jason Grady (Renee) of Lonoke, Jody Grady (Kerri) of Washington and Julie Serna (Joe) of Florida; her siblings, Bobbie Meiner of Hazen and Gerald Guffey of Cash, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Lydia Guffey and Marilyn Sims; her grandchildren, Brady, Weston Smith, Tyler Grady (Katy), Jenna Grady, Aiden Grady, Rowen Grady, Gavin Serna, Reece and Lilly Grimes; and also, Keith Guffey and Sue Anne Hazelwood. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
