She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie VanHouten and Viola VanHouten (Mathis); her husband Bobby Petty; her son John "Bopper" Richardson; and her siblings, Big John, Leroy of Rudy, BR, Skinny VanHouten, Charlotte (Lippy), Ivy and Gladys Vick.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Aaron (Dee) and Dennis Petty (Denise); her siblings, Ruby Petrus and Kenneth VanHouten (Bumpin); her niece Jackie Wahley; and her grandchildren, Vickie Loudermilk (Ashley), BJ Denney (Megan), Clifton Denney (Stevie), Taylor Cansler (Isaac), Abby Richardson (Jacob), Micaela Wine, Megan Aaron (Courtney), Brian Aaron and Chris Aaron (Jennifer).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westbrook Funeral Home (183 N Livermore St, Hazen, AR 72064). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (200 W South Front, Hazen, AR 72064).
