She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Chappell and Ruth Robbins Chappell; her husband J. W. Lowery; her son-in-law Jerry McDonald; her grandsons, Brock Bowerman and Jason Lowery; and her siblings, Herman Chappell of Hoyt Chappell, J. W, Gerry Murdock, Johnnie Tapp, Marie Brasher and Helen James.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Bowerman (Ronny Crawford) and John Lowery; her grandson Shannon Bowerman (Jill); and her great grandchildren, Matthew Bowerman and Isaac Bowerman. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
