He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. and Clarace Wilson Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Madison Rutherford of Sweet Home, Dillon Rutherford of Claremore, Austin Rutherford of Claremore and Daniel Rutherford of Claremore; his sister Leona Robb; his brother-in-law Jerry Robb; his grandsons, Brody and Tony; and his significant other George Littel.
