He was predeceased by: his parents, Jocie Edwards and Homer Edwards; and his sister Maxine Edwards Connelly. He is survived by: his brother Billy Gene (Pauline Edwards); his children, Rodney (Brenda Edwards) and Susie (Michael McNeely); his grandchildren, Logan Edwards, Austin McNeely, Linley McNeely and Katrina (Benjamin Noll); and his great grandchildren, Kooper Mac Haynes and Devin Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
