He is survived by: his wife Geneva; his children, Mark Oliger (April) of Vancouver, Washington and Lisa Otts (Rodney) of Perry, Arkansas; his siblings, Herman Oliger (Sandra) of Cabot, Arkansas, Dorothy Burton of Little Rock, Sally Brown of Perryville and Ann Edwards of White Hall, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Jason Otts and Teresa Staton; his great grandchildren, Anna Otts, Adalyn, Owen, Ivy and Isaac Staton; and his grandson Dillon Evans.
